What Happens After Registration

Billing is provisioned automatically, but the admin account stays inactive until the email link is confirmed.

  • Free subscription is provisioned on registration
  • Organization admin must verify email before first login
  • Premium trial is disabled in configuration, so new organizations start directly on Free
  • First user is assigned as organization admin after verification
  • Organization can upgrade to Premium later from the billing page
