Last updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of greensight.ph, the GreenSight platform, and related services provided to organizations, administrators, encoders, viewers, and platform operators.
By accessing or using GreenSight, or by registering an organization account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are registering or using GreenSight on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Authorized Use
GreenSight is designed for organization-level sustainability monitoring and reporting.
- You must provide accurate registration, contact, and organization information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and administrative access.
- Organization admins are responsible for assigning roles and managing their internal users.
- You may use GreenSight only for lawful business, operational, sustainability, or reporting purposes.
2. Accounts, Verification, and Security
GreenSight uses account verification, authentication controls, and role-based access.
- Registration may require email verification before the first administrator account becomes active.
- GreenSight may suspend, restrict, or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the service.
- You must notify GreenSight promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential exposure, or misuse of your account.
- GreenSight may use security tools such as rate limiting, verification checks, audit logs, and anti-abuse controls to protect the platform.
3. Customer Data and Platform Processing
Organizations control the business data they upload, including sustainability and user-management data.
- You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and authority behind the data you upload into GreenSight.
- GreenSight may process organization profiles, user records, departments, emission reports, emission items, factor profiles, subscription records, billing records, AI insight outputs, and system logs to operate the service.
- Where AI features are enabled, GreenSight may process workspace data through integrated AI services to generate summaries, forecasts, anomalies, recommendations, and related outputs.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized personal data into the platform.
4. Acceptable Use Restrictions
The following activities are prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, tenant, system, model, database, or network.
- Uploading malware, running denial-of-service activity, probing vulnerabilities, or bypassing service restrictions.
- Using GreenSight to violate privacy, intellectual property, export control, anti-fraud, or other applicable laws.
- Reverse engineering, scraping at abusive scale, or reselling the service without written authorization.
- Using AI outputs as a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, audit, tax, or technical advice without independent review.
5. Subscription, Plans, and Retention
GreenSight offers plan-based quotas, features, and retention controls.
- Features such as AI access, monthly AI usage, user quotas, department limits, and retention windows may vary by subscription tier or approved override.
- GreenSight may limit, suspend, or disable features when quotas are exhausted, subscriptions lapse, or an organization is suspended.
- Retention periods for emission reports, emission items, and AI insight records may be governed by plan settings, organization-specific overrides, and operational or legal requirements.
- Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees, billing cycles, and plan changes are governed by the subscription settings shown inside the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
GreenSight retains ownership of the platform and related materials.
- GreenSight and its licensors own the software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and platform logic, excluding customer-provided data.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
- You may not remove proprietary notices or represent GreenSight content, outputs, or interfaces as your own software product.
7. Availability, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
GreenSight is a business software platform, not a guarantee of outcomes.
- GreenSight works to maintain service availability and security, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
- AI-generated content is informational and operational in nature and may require human review before business, regulatory, or executive use.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from platform use.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
8. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
GreenSight may update the service and these terms as the platform evolves.
- GreenSight may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or prolonged non-payment.
- GreenSight may modify features, plans, workflows, and policies from time to time.
- Continued use after an updated terms notice takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
